Our Fees For IRS Representation
Americans Need Tax Help
We believe that taxpayers need highly qualified, experienced help from a tax attorney when fighting the IRS.
Most tax attorneys require that their clients pay a large retainer when they begin work for them. They also require clients to continue to make payments as work is completed on their IRS tax cases.
We Do Things Differently.
We don’t charge a large retainer. We try to make hiring us affordable. As we complete work on your case, we help you with a “pay as you go” plan where you pay additional retainers. The difference is that these retainers are smaller.
We Give Refunds.
At the end of our IRS representation of you, any fees in your account which have not been earned will gladly be refunded to you in full.
Have you ever heard of a lawyer returning a retainer? We haven’t either, but our commitment to you is to provide the best IRS representation possible while giving you the best deal possible.
