Our Fees

Americans Need Help

We believe that taxpayers need highly qualified, experienced help when fighting the IRS.

Most tax attorneys require that their clients pay them large initial retainer fees when they begin work for them. They also require clients to pay in large retainer fee payments as work is done on their cases.

We do things differently.

We don't charge very large initial retainer fees. We try to make hiring us affordable. As work on your case is performed we operate on a kind of "pay as you go" plan where you pay in additional retainer fee amounts. The difference is that these retainer amounts are smaller.

We give Refunds.

At the end of our representation of you, any fees in your account which have not been earned will gladly be refunded to you.
