Overview

This section of the manual addresses Inventory Ordering and Return delivery and the primary systems used to deliver returns
to the field.

The LWIS (LMSB Workload Identification System), an automated workload delivery system, is the primary method used by the PSP
to order and deliver returns to the field. Paper returns, Imaged Returns and e-filed returns can be ordered and delivered
using this system.

The LCAS (LMSB Claims Assignment System), an automated system, is the primary method used by Ogden Classification Support
to deliver claims to the field.
