Does he really think he's an exception?? I would if I were you proceed legal action on a man who has the monetary means to fulfill his obligations! He does not deserve preferential treatment...and he's with his proliferated income, he's not exactly poor and struggling! In my view, this man has an "IOU reputation" a mile long.
